➟ Equipment

  • All Training groups require a practice suit, goggles, water bottle, hand paddles (proper sized) and snorkel. We provide kickboards and pull buoys unless you prefer to purchase your own.

Directions

Tryouts

  • Tryouts are every Monday or Tuesday from 4-5:30pm. 
  • Swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of the pool using backstroke and freestyle.

Fall Schedule

  • Homeschool PreCompetitve Team - Monday 12:30-2:00 pm
  • Metro Blue Group (Formally TXAG) Monday - Thursday 5:00-7:00pm
  • Metro Gold Group (Formally TXSR) Monday - Thursday 5:00-7:00pm


  • First 30 minutes of every practice (with the exception of Homeschool PreComp) is Dryland

 

  • Wednesday practice is a set Technique Focus Day.
